What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I have worked every position imaginable in a restaurant, from dishwasher to owner, so if the need ever arises I’m prepared for anything.

Any cocktail that includes our beer is an instant favorite…
Where are you from and how did you end up in Springfield?
Born and raised in KC, moved here 5 years ago for school and haven’t left yet.
What is your favorite beer at SBC?
Mex-Y-Cali with a dash of salt and a lime, even if the brewers think it’s blasphemy.
Favorite cocktail / liquor, and why?
I’m a big fan of scotch, in fact I am a founding member of the Queen City Scotch Club.
What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Anything out in nature especially if it involves my bike.
How did you start at SBC?
They stole me away from Kai down the street.
Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
I was a firefighter/EMT for the first few years of my 20’s before the restaurant gods pulled me back.
If you could have a meal with anyone dead or alive who would it be and why?
Anthony Bourdain a long time hero for me in the industry.
